Unless it would be inconsistent to do so, words and phrases used in this disclosure should be construed so that the singular includes the plural and the plural includes the singular.

Fixed Rate
The interest rate for your account is 5.00% with an annual percentage yield of 5.06%. We will pay this rate until first maturity.

Compounding and Crediting
Frequency. Interest will be compounded semiannual. Interest will be credited to your account semiannual.
Effect of close an account. If you close your account before interest is credited, you will receive the accrued interest.

Minimum Balance Requirements
To open the account. You must deposit at least $1,000.00 to open this account.
To obtain the annual percentage yield disclosed. You must maintain a minimum average daily balance of $1,000.00 to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal to the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. The period we use is semiannual.

Balance Computation Method
Average Daily Balance Method. We use the average daily balance method to calculate interest on your account. This method applies a periodic rate to the average daily balance in the account for the period. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. The period we use is semiannual.

Accrual of Interest on Noncash Deposits
Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit noncash items (for example, checks).

Time Requirements
Your account will mature in 13 Months.

Time Deposit Withdrawal Limitations
Principal. You may not make withdrawals of principal form your account before maturity.
Interest. You can withdraw only interest credited in the term before maturity of that term without penalty.
Interest Timing. You can withdraw interest any time during the term of crediting after it is credited to your account.
Withdrawal of interest before maturity. The annual percentage yield assumes interest will remain on deposit until maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.

Early Withdrawal Penalty
If we consent to a request for a withdrawal that is otherwise not permitted, you will have to pay a penalty. The penalty will be an amount equal to six months interest on the amount withdrawn. The interest rate we will use to calculate the interest forfeiture will be the simple interest rate in effect on the date of early withdrawal. There are certain circumstances, such as the death or incompetence of an owner, we may waive or reduce this penalty. See your plan disclosure if this account is part of an IRA.

Additions to Account
You may not make any deposits into your account until maturity.

Renewal Policy
Automatically renewable. This account will automatically renew at maturity. You will have 10 calendar days after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty. This account will not renew if you withdraw the funds on the maturity date or if we receive written notice from you on or before the maturity date of your intention not to renew.

Renewal Terms
Each renewal term will be the same as the original term, beginning on the maturity date. Interest will be calculated on the same basis as during the original term.

Final Maturity
If not renewed, interest will not accrue after final maturity.
